Positive: Great place and very nicely decorated. Amazing breakfast. Everything was very clean. We went on low season and caught a really good rate. Some of the spa equipment was not working but still we managed to enjoy most of it and had a wonderful time!!! Would comeback anytime

Positive: The entire experience was wonderful. I was there on low season, but it still felt wonderful. The room was huge, the sea view was wonderful, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was the best I have seen.

Positive: There was a beautifully designed room — really spacious, clean, with a big window and a pleasant smell of wood. Clean linens and towels were provided. The separate shower and toilet were very useful, especially when traveling with family. Good quality with nice smell - Shower gel and Shampoo. The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of ripe fruits,berries, salmon, and avocado. The vegetables were well-cooked, and there was a nice balance of warm and cold dishes. Good swimming pool for SPA purpuse, there were two nice jacuzzis with calm music in SPA erea.
Negative: There was no restaurant inside, which was a little bit inconvenient. The sauna and hammam were very small (the hammam fits about four people, with plastic seats and an unpleasant smell — which raises some questions about the health benefits under such conditions). Flip-flops were not provided in the room and had to be requested separately.

Positive: Room was superb - big, modern, fully equipped. It was one of few hotels in area (I was on cycling trip and needed somewhere to stay.)
Negative: Área Porto Novo was very tired and run down but there were a couple of decent restaurants and great views out to beach / Atlantic.
Summary: Great room in a good hotel - surrounding area a bit tired though.
